High return through active management

In 2002 Torgny Prior and PO Nilsson decided to form their own management organisation, Prior&Nilsson Fond och Kapitalförvaltning AB, a company owned 100% by Prior&Nilsson och Partners AB. In December 2002 management of a fund, Yield, commenced. From January 2006 the company has also been managing the Idea fund.

New fund articles from 31 March 2010

From 31 March 2010, there are new fund articles for our Yield and Idea funds. The new fund articles have been decided on by the company's board and approved by the supervisory authority, Finansinspektionen.
